You need to check the laws in your state. If you are a minor, yes. In some states it is understood that parents (who accept the summons) have obligated themselves to deliver it, esprcially if their address is the address you used.

Well if the parents say to the police "We do not give you permission to talk to our kids, we refuse to tell you where the kids are staying (with some friend or relative), then the arrest warrant may have to be shown to the parents, and them told that if they not cooperate, they will be arrested for obstruction.
I had thought that a contract is not binding on a minor, so if a minor had a contract to buy something, and freudulently claimed to be an adult, the place could legitimately request adjudication because the person responsible was a minor and lied.
