Small claims $500?

in wisconsin i worked for a sub contractor. i did not have a contract or any written agreement just spoken word. i was thinking about having the general contractor/builder sign something for me that he did contract so and so to clean the windows and interior of house and that he did witness me cleaning the windows. do i have any chance of winning a small claims for 500
