I am legal alien and wooried about being kicked out ater a divorce is it true?

Answer:
OMG if your legal then you wont, if your a U.S. citizen you wont because you are legal.

Stay with the dude after you become a US-citizen, you might find that he is not as bad as you believe.
Think it depends on how long you have been in the country. Call a immigration lawyer, you can find some that can at least answer simple questions for free. Whatever you do don't let your spouse hold that over your head, like you are gonna be on the first boat out of here if you divorce.
If you are a permanent alien, I belive you can only be deported for aggravated felony, but usually not on the first offense. Don't get into trouble and you'll be fine. Me, as long as they don't send me to Iraq, I'm game anywhere. With knowledge and hard wrk anything can be accomplished!
If you had legal residency status before you were married that does not change on your divorce. If you were an american citizen because of the marriage then I think there is a minimum time you must remain married before that becomes permanent.

Contact the immigration department to confirm your status upon divorce.
