Juvenile question?

Can a 18 y/o be picked for running away from a group home when they were 15y/o. Do the juvenile authorities still have authority to arrest ? What can they authorities do if the 18 y/o is obeying the law. Do they have the right to show up at the house if no crome has been committed? This is in Kansas.

As long as you are withing the statute of limitations of the crime then yes, you can be arrested at any time.
