Is it time to legalize pot?
i see glenn beck is going to be talking on this issue tonight on cnn. i think i will watch to see where people stand on this issue now, seeing as how there is a much bigger problem with hard drugs. in my opinion i compare pot with alcohol except it doesn't impair you so badly. what do you think

I feel the same way. The city of Santa Cruz, CA has made the busting of pot smokers the lowest priority crime in the city. They estimate it will save their county about 6 million dollars a year in court and administrative costs that can be utilized towards serious crimes. Pretty smart I would say.

There is no reason for pot to be illegal.
It is no more a "gateway" drunk then alcohol and is way less harmful.

Yes, it is about time. Let people who use it medicinally be able to walk around proud like they are doing something which helps them verses having to hide in the dark like they are doing something naughty.

I think it is past time to relegalize Pot. In fact our Government should be all for it now. I heard the Homeland Security Director talking about how Marijuana Growers were out to help Terrorists attack America. If it were legal then the Government would be the ones growing it and they could tax it.
Pot seems to make the user forget the rules of grammar, punctuation, and capitalization.
