my husband was charge with criminal trepass for coming to my house while i was at work to bring his extra clothes .there also was young people going around robbin women since my husband was outside an african amertican they questionhim thepolice an ask him to leave property when hecame back 2months later to drop off clothes an leave he was arrested an themanager of the apartments charge him with assault hedid not rob any one hedid not fit the profile they were in there 20 he40they want to give him 20 years.

I think you need to explain a little better than what you did. But I believe you!! There are many innocent people in jail with long sentences and look at the Rich friends of the presidents they get immunity!!
