What are the laws on beastiality?
Is it considered cruel to animals or not? It's a bizzare subject and I don't understand why someone would do it but is it legal or not cos you see a LOT of adverts for it on the internet
Answers:
Generally, where it is criminalized, it falls under the cruelty to animal statutes.
Some older statutes that make it criminal also fall under the "perverted sex acts" category, but most have been moved to the more objective and less religion-dependent justification.
It depends on the state. Some states don't have a law against it.
i have never seen an advert for beastiality
Hmmm, interesting thought. Maybe they could add the cruelty charge as well when they get a hold of sick people that do it.
In England it's against the law to shag animals.
well what do you think? course it's cruel, would you like a horse to mount you?..it's disgusting
What?! Why would you ask that? And I can honestly say I have NEVER seen an advert for it on the internet!!
Interesting. I'm down for that.
In Florida we have no law on the books that addresses the topic of beastiality but some states do have laws. Please see the weblink listed below to see whether your state has a law for this or not.
In some states in America it is legal to marry (and have sex with) your horse / dog / pet pig / etc
I dont know what the animal thinks about it.
It is illegal in most states in the United States. You would need to check your particular state.
Having said that, it is common in rural areas throughout the country amongst adolescents...unfortunately... it is 'popular' amongst those adults who practice deviant sexual behavior.
Its illegal in England,
