some people just know how to get what they want... is it wrong?

It depends on technigue being used to get what is wanted and what that is.
Some people are more skilled at seduction than others ... but between consenting adults almost anything goes & sometimes the less skilled partner appreciates the success of the more skilled
Not all products are sold at a fixed price ... some are via barter negotiation, and some people are skilled at this, and some not
A crime is when you are getting something you are not entitled to ... money you did not come by legally ... product or service you did not pay correct price for
Getting what you want isn't a crime. I think that's what your asking here, but its really hard telling.
Depends on the means you use to get what you want.
