Underage sex, who thinks its wrong?

honestly, whos had underage sex here? do u think its wrong, even if the people are educated and aware of the consequences?

Answer:
Two 16 years old having sex, probably not a good thing, but it ain't a crime.

30 year old having sex with an 11 year old is just wrong

On specific conditions, it can be fair.

I think giving a definate age and saying "These people can have sex, these can't" is horribly unfair.

The way in which people go through puburty is different from teen to teen. Therefore, someone might mature early and be completely capable of sex well before 18 ( orwhatever your specific country thinks) years of age.

Thus it may be expensive, difficult and tedious but the only TRULY fair way to judge an apropriate age for sex, is by monitering and individuals progress through puburty.

I'm not saying this SHOULD happen, and setting an age is kind of the only real option we have short of going to the doctor once every 6 months from age 13 to 18 but thats really how it is fairest.

So saying that, underage sex CAN be fine, assuming puburty has progressed enough for the individual.

No. Kids can have sex just like adults can have sex. Theres no reason why it should be illegal. But it is. Go figure.
Parents job. If you really need sex before 16 you are just gonna have to understand that the good of society comes first and if an exception is made for you than an exception can be made for someone else for the worse. If you are REALLY old and mature enough, you will understand that.

Of course it may be age 14-17 depending on your state. It is usually 16.

PS why does that guy think it's 18? No state is 18.
