Can i qualify as a solictor with a drink driving conviction?

Answers:
To be accepted as a fellow of any professional body you will be asked if you have ever been involved in any prosecution or civil action....how you answer (they do check) will determine if they will accept you as a fellow. So it pretty much is down to the body you apply to...and what conviction was received...how long ago.etc

Well I would imagine so, had you bludgeoned someone to death then it would be doubtful.
You are an incompetent solicitor to ask a question like this, as laws should apply on everyone regardless of his position.
This is a principle every ignorant knows it!!

Where? In the UK, I'm guessing.

Depends on your local laws. In many areas, your record is wiped clean after a certain amount of time. You may also be able to expunge your record. Consult a solicitor.

And it's drunk driving.
