What can u do if a social worker (nevada) doesn't do their job correctly?

A cps caseworker didn't follow the rules as set by law and nothing was done in a child abuse case. Who do u report this to?

Answers:
Good luck...you can report it to their supervisor, but, that won't help the child now.

try reporting it to the state. but believe me I know what that is like.
IF you know for a fact the child was being abused under NRS chapter 423B, then get the word out to as many people as possible. Include the caseworkers name, the date of the infraction, and as much information as possible. Taking out full page adds in the local paper usually works to get people motivated towards correcting the caseworkers deficiency.

Just remember, the family questioned by CPS would have had to violate NRS chapter 423B. Up to 3 swats on the posterior is allowed with an open hand in Nevada. Good luck.
