Should Learco Chindam who stab Philip Lawrence to death be allow to stay in Britain or deported back to Italy.
His lawyers says it's against his human right sending him back to Italy. I say what about the human right of late Mr Lawrence wife and children.

What about our human rights? Do we want a person like this on our streets? The poor family must be re-living the whole tragedy again. It's not like they're trying to send him to Afghanistan, (although the Pakistani's are doing this I believe to all the refugees!!).

Someone found guilty of such a crime should spend LIFE in prison. No parole. If only we could be 100 % sure of guilt I would reccommend capital punishment
A more valid question is why is this git being let out of prison after only serving 10 years. He can stay in Britain as long as he stays in prison

Lawyers don`t give a stuff about so called "human rights" - what about Mrs Lawrence` human rights - to have this flaunted in her face is an absolute disgrace - Chindam`s lawyers will be rubbing their hands with glee - more fat fees paid to them by us taxpayers in the form of legal aid. If only we had a few people like the fictional character played by Charles Bronson in "Death Wish" - I really believe that the general public is getting mighty p***ed off with the feral scum roaming our streets & sooner or later vigilante groups will happen.
Any person of non british nationality should be shipped back from whence they came immediately their sentence is completed - no appeal, who cares if they are allegedly in danger in their country of origin? If they want to live in UK don`t break the law!! Would the Saudis, the French etc put up with thiscrap - of course not. We have enough scum in this country without holding on to any more!!
It's time we found a third world country who could provide a holding service for all these undesirables. Some of these African countries where the GDP is less than $100 could provide the service for about £2 per week and still make a handsome profit.
10 years for the taking the life of a good man,?? he should have been hanged slowly, and painfully. However apparentlly this toe rag, is to be allowed to remain in this country? what does that say to the relatives of the victim.? and what does it say to the majority of decent British people? and what does it say about the attidutes of the bleeding hearts out there, who think this is right.? most of all, what does it say to our servicemen who are putting their lives on the line, day in, and day out, they must be wondering a/ why are we doing this? and b/ is it worth trying to protect our country, when the establishment treats us this way? I am utterly disgusted at the lenience of the sentence, and completely disillusioned and disgusted to the max, how on earth this could have possibly be allowed to happen. My heart goes out to the widow and the other members of Mr Lawrence's family.
If we had the death penalty this question would be pointless.
