Am i breaking a copyright Law?
Suppose i take a picture for a mobile from nokia.com, Now can i put my own watermark and post it on my blog?

If you put a watermark on a picture, you would be claiming it as your own, so if you put your own watermark on someone elses picture, it would likely be considered copyright infringement. Instead, take a picture with your camera and put a watermark on that for your blog. Then it would be yours to claim and you wouldn't be breaking any laws.
You are violating Nokia's copyright by doing that. You cannot start with a copyrighted work, modify it and claim it to be an original work.
