Cosmetique sold my visa info to some California based company?
they sold my info...it was a visa gift card i used to purchase a cosmetic bag..i never received what i paid for ...and now i have some company calling me off the hook...telling me they have my visa and they want to sell me something that is complimentary...now they won't go away..its bugging me...so what if i start asking them questions personal questions...do you think this company will stop calling me? The gift card has no more money, i don't care about the cosmetic bag..it only cost five dollars.i just want this company to go away...so give me some ideas of really inappropriate questions i can ask them the next time they call. Thanks

Be thankful these unethical crooks only sold information that results in heavy marketing, and not what's needed to defraud you financially.
I find it can be a pain to fight these guys, I just try to get rid of them as quickly as I can, and discourage them from passing on my info to some other outfit. Here's what I say to these guys.
Al M: "This is an illegal phone call. You and your company can go to jail for calling me like this, or at a minimum be fined thousands of dollars."
Al M: "I am on the no call list, you idiot, that means no advertising calls to me, none period, enforced by the government."
Al M: "If you call me again, I am reporting you to the State Attorney General, the federal Attorney General, the FTC, the FBI, the Secret Service, anyone who might be interested in shutting down your illegal operations, and putting your *** and your bosses **** in jail."
Al M: "And if you pass on the info about me to any other company like yours, I will also report you to the Postal Inspectors, and the Better Business Bureau."
Incidentally, I am no the no call list, and I also have insurance against identity theft.
If you are interested in the "no call list" check this out:

Most states also have something like this, organized by their state attorney general.
If you are interested in getting insurance against identity theft, ask your property insurance company ... I have a rider that costs under $ 40.00 per year. I think it is money well spent.

omfg...this question made me laugh!!!!
Ask them:
Have you ever peed in the swimming pool?
Do you ever eat dog crap, yougurt, and cheese mixed together?
I really don't know though...it's not exactly easy thinking of really disgusting questions...
I would call the 800 # for Visa and tell them about this and they will get on it.
In the meantime, I would talk to them as if you were some sort of sociopath who was lonely ever since you got out of jail and ask them if you think someone w/ a record of murder (really it was just an accident) and pedophelia and fraud and bank robberies who has done their time could get a job like theirs b/c you are just having a hard time landing a new job ever since you got out of prison and you are so glad they called b/c ever since you've been on house arrest for your probation violations no one ever calls or stops by.
