Can i build my own spaceship and leave the world?
can i build my own spaceship? can i leave this world? do we have freedom to explore space as we please? if we see that this world is headed towards catastrophe can we jump in our spaceship and leave?

No of course not with all the laws and government regulations you would have to meet or break.
First if you want to build this in your yard you will have to get a zoning permit to build this in your yard. Then probably the EPA will be watching you making sure do not damage you enviroment in any way. Then there is Osha making sure that your work area is safe and up to standareds even though you ship doesn't yet exist so I have no idea what they would try to classify your project as. Then if you actually get it in the air the FAA will be after you to make sure you do not fly it in a residentail area and to keep track of what your ship can do. If it exceeds FAA standards you might have the Air Force after you, and NASA also the NSA for security of our country. If your ship emits radio waves you could get the FCC after you also with the technology the FBI and the CIA.
