Answers:
You can enter law school with a degree in just about anything. Pre-law, Criminal Justice, Political Science and even English.

Go to college, take some classes and see what interests you the most.

Law specialties are chosen while in Law School.

Look at the law schools you like. They sometimes give guidelines as to what they would like to see in an applicant. If you want to specialize in malpractice then an undergrad degree in that particular area would help.
You do not need to major in anything specific.

Law schools like it when their candidates are exposed to a wide variety of classes in college, though. Students that attend Liberal Arts colleges are prime candidates.
A lot of people going into law school major in political science. It gives you a greater knowledge of the legal system you will be studying and the history behind that legal system as well as others. But in reality you can technically major in anything.
