Can anyone help me........
I have a sexual problem that many of you men may have had.
I do not get erections like I use to. Viagra and other medicine do not help. Injections do not help. A pump helps a little but produces a soft erection.
You women know how frustrating this can be.
I usually have sex at least once a week...sometimes twice.
I don't like the idea of a penile implant. If it doesn't work, it can not be reversed and I would be beyond help.
I should also mention that I am seventy years old and am a diabetic.
If anyone has any suggestions, they would appreciated.

Talk to an endocrinologist. Most often that is due to poorly controlled diabetes and I think they need to check that and then can help you find something to treat your ED. Nothing to be embarassed about - they deal w/ it all the time.
Like anything else, as you get older things just don't work like they used to. If you're doing the dirty once or twice a week at age 70, count your blessings! Don't change a thing.
Most people with E.D. are diabetic or some other disease that effects circulation. You said you tried Viagra and other medication. Have you tried Cialis 20mg?
