What happen to a person who drives a car without a driving licence?
i know a person who drives a car without a insurance and a driving licence.what can happen to this person if the police stop him?
Answer:
big trouble you would be in, big fine a ban, also a very bad criminal record, if they have been caught before then prison could be on the cards, keep safe all the best
Probably nothing!
Not a lot.
A dat out at Alton Towers
He can be fined and banned from driving (ie banned from getting a licence). If he has caused an accident, he's likely to get a custodial sentence too.
he Will get arrested and sentenced. its highly illegal! imagine if he crashed he'd be in trouble!! he'd have to pay for the repairs on his car aswell as other vehicles involved if it was his fault! thats a hefty bill without insurance!
There will be an automatic driving ban and a large fine. You have a duty to report this idiot before he kills someone.
lots of fines and possible jail like Paris
Fined and banned. can't put points on a licence that does not exist. The ban is a bit debatable as all the person does is gets in their car and drives away. If caught on several occasions the magistrates can increase the fines considerably and as a last resort might give a short prison sentence, but this is not all that likely.. The better solution would be to impound the vehicle,if it was the property of the offender.
Not a lot, he /she will get a fine, banned from driving { yeah right } maybe points on the licence when they get one, but unless they get stopped , no-one will know they are breaking the law,
Free driving lessons will be given. On passing a driving test. They
will then be given subsidised tax and insurance cost.
if youre in the UK then it all depends on: the magistrate on the day; the local trend towards this type of offender; the prior history of driving or other convictions and the prior intenvention strategies that have worked or failed, and how quality of the defence solicitor. I have worked with young people (under 17) and they have all received bans and fines but then it depended on other factors and only those with prior convictions or evidence of failed intervention got jail. WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN TO THEM - locked up and the key thrown away - i paid hundreds of pounds in lessons and tests, then 20 years of insurance payments - lock them up! tee hee :0)
Report him,i would even thou he is a friend you dont know what might happen around the corner, and it makes me mad that people like him/her can get away with it.
He'll loose the car (It'll get crushed is it'd not claimed, and when it is claimed the person who ows it will be prosecuted for letting a prson driving it without a correct docs) He'll probably end up in court with a hefty fine (£500 - £5000)
Good luck!
well it depends on the mood of the officer.but in reality you will get arrested
fined.. suspended license.. possible jail time depending on the offense.
some states don't require car insurance so that depends.
In the UK? Nothing. They all get fined and either pay with stolen money or don't bother at all. I think we are living in a State where people who abide by the law and allow themselves to be policed get the Big Brother treatment but those who don't give a **** are unpolicable.
He'll be fined for driving with out a licence and without insurance, their car will be towed they;ll be fined and probally have to go to court
He will receive a citation requiring a court appearance.
Firing squad hopefully.
Idiots like this put my insurance premium up.
just for no license they get a big fine and lose the license before they get it and no insurance can be a jail term for up to one year.
If the police find out, they'll probably give the guy a big fine and ban from driving when he/she starts. Maybe arrested and sentenced if caused accidents or has criminal records and the car might be removed and destroyed. Depend in which part of England you live.
In the UK it is most likely he will be arrested and interviewed and reported for driving other than in accordance with his licence and contravening requirement for insurance.
This can result in a fine, points on any further licence and possibly a custodial sentence.
In regards to his car, without a valid insurance policy this will be seized and stored by Police until an insurance certificate and appropriate person comes forward. This person may then be liable for all costs incurred by storage.
This is not a victimless crime and he should not be on the road
They will most likely get points and a fine.
He will go to court , get a fine ( a large one ) , the police might take the car , but that's about it
Nothing in the UK they don't have time to look for you, and if they find you they don't have the money for an interpreter. Even if you are really unlucky and they have someone handy who speaks your language and you get through the courts and a prison sentence they have no cells to lock you up in so you get released early.
So come on over and drive badly and kill a few locals our government doesn't mind it all adds to the economy.
In Scotland would be charged for driving illegally and without a licence and insurance and ponts put on any future licence.
