They are unbelievable/my ex and his gf?
can someone tell me what judge would award custody to people that accused my son of sexual abuse to my exs gfs daughter...someone told me today that my ex is still gonna fight me for custody even though they accused him of this ,,,they are tellin people all the want my son to do is confess to it get him help and make it thru all this.
first off my son didnt do it.
second my sons will never step foot back into that womens house.
third i would rather be in jail then to allow my sons to go over again ever.
july 20th he told the boys he didnt want to see them anymore and he picked his gf over his own sons..
what is wrong with theses ppl? can someone plz tell me

They sound like horrible people.
You will win. They never take a child away from the mother unless she is an unfit parent. I am sure you are not.
And so long as your son is over a certain age (11 i think) he gets asked who he wants to live with and this is a big factor.
You should have nothing at all to worry about.
