Is it legal if I buy something online with low price and then sell them with lower price?

Answer:
no thats how all online retailers make profit- buy for a low price and mark it up. depending on how much you make though you might have to declare it to the tax office :( which sucks.

Yes it's legal - this is called re-selling.

Think: You're a big department store and purchase an item (or in bulk) at wholesale price and then mark up to retail in your store at a higher price. That's how retail outlets make money.

The question perhaps should be - Is it ethical to resell items with a huge profit? How big a profit is too high? Unethical? (N/B Jewellery stores mark up by about 600%)
Yes so long as the goods are not stolen.
