How can I get information on sex crimes in kentucky?

I am trying to find out if a 15 year old boy can get in trouble for having sex with a 12 year old girl...I know the legal consent in Kentucky is 16, but if both are under the age of consent...then what?

Based on a quick check of Kentucky law it does not seem that the child could be charged but you might want to look at is a little more than I did. However, based on the law here then it is quite possible that the parents of either person could get in trouble. I think that an endangering the welfare of a child or similiar charge might apply if the parents were aware of this. Even if there was no criminal violation to charge the parents with it is still quite possible that social services could step in.

Here the age of consent is 14 and based on our laws a 15yo with a 12yo would be illegal but that does not seem to be the case in Kentucky.
