What is the statue of limitations for neglect and untimely death in the state of florida?

My mother was sent to a Rhabilitation facility (Skilled Nursing Home) for care and she developed pneumonia and they were discharging her to send her home. When I questioned her breathing they later sent her to a hospital and she passed away a week later with complications that had occured while she was in the nursing home due to neglect.

Answer:
This could be medical or nursing home negligence. Talk to one of those attorneys in your area who advertise that they handle nursing home abuse cases. They should be listed in tye Yesllow pages.

You should be contacting attorneys on this matter
It is hard to say if there are any criminal charges because of the little information in the question. The best thing to do is if you feel that the home may have been criminally negligent you should contact your State Attorney's Office and set an appointment to speak with an attorney or an investigator and provide every piece of evidence you have. You can also seek a civil attorney and ask them if there may be a civil case against the nursing home.
Contact your local district attorneys office and they will tell you how to find out
