I was gharged with possesion of a controled substance, it is my first felony and first drug charge in mo.?

i was sentenced to drug court, i spent 30 days in jail, i left the rehab center. what kinda jail time am i lookin at

Why did you leave rehab? Excuse me for being so blunt, but that's not very smart. I'm not trying to preach, but you should have taken advantage of the opportunity that was given to you when the judge decided to sentence you to treatment instead of more jail time. Now the judge may see you as a "lost cause" that may offend again and literally throw the book at you. A lenient judge may give you a second chance, but I will be honest with you and say that most judges hear BS like this all the time, and may not grant you a second chance.

If you left the rehab center you are looking at a full year in jail. Missouri is NOT forgiving on drug charges. I suggest you check yourself back into rehab.
