Unwanted phone calls, harrasment can anything be done about it?
Recently divorced and the ex-husband keeps calling at home and even worse at work, for no other reason than trying to convince me that I should go back to him.I clearly stated for him to stop calling. Could i get a restraining order or something so that he isn't legally able to call me?

I would phone the phone company and tell them the phone Number he is calling from and get it blocked. At work they should be able to block it or maybe have the secretary screen your calls. You might be able to get a restraining order but I dont know about that especially in phone cases.

ask for a court order keep him away from you. This will include phone calls.
Oftentimes in divorce papers there will be a passage stating that neither party is to molest the other in any way, which is harassment. You probably can get a restraining order based upon the fact that he isn't abiding by the divorce decree.
tell him you don't want him because of his tiny penus , he will be to embarrased to call anymore . If you want to get rid of a man mess with his ego
I would start by speaking to your attorney about it and see what he has to say.
Maybe you should get a restraning order cause if they cross that line its big trouble i know you probley dont want to go that route but it might be the best for you,you could change your number or do you have caller id call the phone co and see the diferent things you can do to prevent this.
By an inexpensive answering machine. Hook it up to your phone and screen your calls.
Call the phone company. Explain to them what is happening and see what they have to offer. They use to have a call screening service. Don't know about now though.
Answering machine is the best route. Then you'll have copies of the phone calls if they get really bad and you have to file harassment charges against him. Buy extra tape cassettes so you can save all the phone calls from him. Don't erase the messages.
