How in hell do you get an SSI check just cause you are a perevert and depressed?

Lots of reasons why you can get SSI, some very legit and some not. Perhaps this guy is sick enough for institutionalization, in that case a judge should commit him, bad news though he might still get SSI.

There's nothing in the article that says the reasons for his receiving SSI. You certainly don't get it just for being a pervert.
