Can you tell me the best way to run my new COFFEE shop?

I just graduated from Columbia University and I'm having a really difficult time trying to find a great location for my coffee shop. I grew up in a gated community. My WHITE FATHER is rather wealthy and he only hires MEXICANS to do his lawn and laundry. He had a few BLACKS cook his food from time to time, but the HOA told him that neither MEXICAN or BLACKS could walk past the gate entry way. Well, my WHITE FATHER doesn't know this, but I have slept with a MEXICAN and my current boyfriend (who has a PHAT STICK) is BLACK.
I want to open my coffee shop near the hospital because a majority of people with money near by have money, but there's a ton of illegal MEXICANS doing construction. And my BLACK boyfriend is worried that a BLACK DOCTOR might want me to do a 'check up' bent over his desk.
Should I open my coffee shop near a law firm, or financial firm? I hear WHITE FEMALE SECRETARIES love coffee.

if you only want white customers go move to bfe nebraska where there are only white ppl left in little towns where you will have diddle business

Perhaps you should give up on the COFFEE shop & try writing books! Be sure not to capitalize those words you want to draw attention to though, it's a dead give away in non-fiction as well as fiction!
